Employee Roster & Compensation Details

This worksheet helps us plan for employee transition during the sale. By assessing each employee, we can estimate severance liability under different deal scenarios and build proper protections into the purchase agreement.

For each employee, please fill in the yellow columns: Role/Position, Reports To, Age, Annual Salary, Vacation details, your honest assessment of whether they'll accept a job with a new owner, and any Notes.

Gaspari family members are shown for reference but excluded from severance calculations. The worksheet auto-calculates ESA minimums, common law exposure, and at-risk amounts as you fill in the data.
